Ordering 

 

What is the ordering deadline? 

The Pink Shirt Day 2023 store will close on Wed, Feb 1 at 11:59 PM. Please make sure you get your order submitted before this time - late orders cannot be accepted!

 How do I know which size to order?

Each of the styles in the Pink Shirt Day online store has garment measurements included in the product description. Please make sure you choose the correct size -  we're not able to exchange or refund shirts that are ordered in the wrong size. 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
However, we produce your items "on demand", so orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the store has closed and goods have gone into production.

There is a problem with my order. What do I do? 

We exercise a high degree of care in producing quality garments, and are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a garment with a defect, please contact us.
Unfortunately, because garments are produced to order, we cannot exchange garments or accept returns of garments that are purchased in the wrong size. 
Where is my order coming from?

Your 2023 Pink Shirt Day shirts are being decorated & distributed locally in here Kingston by Primetime Custom (www.primetimecustom.com)

 

Pick-up and Shipping

When will my order ship? 

If you've chosen to have your order shipped to you, it will be sent out via Canada Post during the week of February 15, 2023. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

How do I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at the BGC South East facility at the Frontenac Mall (1300 Bath Road - Unit A-2) at the following times:

Sat, Feb 18th: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Tue, Feb 21st: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What happens if my package is lost in transit? 

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages - but if you believe your package has been lost, please email us through our contact page and we will launch an investigation with Canada Post.
